Preparation is just as important as aftercare
Steps to take for the best outcome
Depending on the procedure you signed up for;
A TATTOO TAKES APPROXIMATELY 4-6 weeks TO HEAL Completely:
What to expect while healing.
BROWS:
Day 1- OMG! Brows are perfect
Day 2-6-WOW! Brows are way too dark and thick
Day 7-10 WHAT! They are patchy and flaking. DO NOT PICK FLAKES OR SCABS
Day 11-15 OH NO! Where did my brows go? Sometimes this stage can happen much earlier depending on your skin type.
Day 16-30 OH YAY! My brows are back! Should I go darker?
WEEK 6 Touch up day! I love them so much, I am glad I made the investment.
LIPS:
DAY 1- Lips look bright and feel swollen and tight.
DAY 2- Lips are much darker and still feel swollen and dry. Healing cream helps.
DAY 3-4 The skin is scabbing and the color is fading. DONOT PICK FLAKES OR SCABS.
DAY 5-6 The lips feel almost normal and scabbing is almost gone.
DAY 7 The lips are healed and the color looks much lighter.
WEEK 6 Time to get your touch-up.
LINER:
DAY 1-3 Feels cut and tender.
DAY 3-5 Looks very dark, begins to scab, flake and feel itchy.
DAY 5-8 Flaking continues with color starting to fade. DON'T PICK FLAKES OR SCABS.
DAY 8-12 The flaking will gradually stop. The color will start to return.
DAY 12-21 The color should look more even and natural.
DAY 21-30 The skin should be completely healed and should look soft and full.
WEEK 6 Time to get your touch-up.
